The larger opening of the water tank effectively reduces splashing, and the water window allows you to fill the water to your desired level with ease. We have decaf, regular and flavored coffee drinkers. It was wonderful for each of us to get a fresh cup of our preferred coffee anytime of day. This little nugget was fast, convenient, didn’t take up much counter space and was ready to brew instantly. We did have a few grounds one time, but we think it was the K cup. A quick wipe out of the machine with a damp paper towel and no more issues. We recommend it!
