Authentic Honey Jun SCOBY w/starter Organic Probiotic Healthy,

You will receive one authentic Organic Jun SCOBY mother sealed in a food grade bag with 1/4 cup of prepared jun tea for you to use as a starter. All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays unless otherwise requested. If you encounter a problem, please give me a chance to help you. Jun instructions
- 2-3 tea bags or 1-2 tsp green tea
- 4 cup water
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) honey
- 1/4 cup (2 oz ) starter tea
- 1 jun scoby
- Boil water in pot, turn off heat
- Add green tea
- Let steep until warm with lid on
- Strain tea into bowl
- Add honey, stir until dissolved.
- Add jun starter tea
- Place in glass jar.
- Add jun scoby
- Cover with a mesh cloth, other cloth or loose lid.
- Let sit in a warm place for 5-14 days. Brewing time will vary based on the temperature and depending on how sweet/tart you like it.
Make sure to save some of jun for your next brew.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an authentic JUN culture - not a converted Kombucha on green tea fed with honey.
