1996 PG Tips Tea Chimps Monkeys Racing Cars and card, ad mascots from the UK 1996 PG Tips Tea Chimps Monkeys Pull Back Racing Cars, celebrating 40 Years of PG Chimps Advertising. They were the mascots for PG Tips Tea. In the US Red Rose tea used a similar campaign using live chimps. They measure 3 inches long.  When you pull them back they roll forward.
